What Happens?

We meet at a pre-arranged time and place and simply walk together, enjoying the benefits of beautiful surroundings and friendly company with no pressure.

I provide one-to-one ‘#peoplewalking’. The tag line is ‘your pace, your place, your time’. I simply walk, beside you. 

I meet where you want to walk (or suggest somewhere that you might like to explore). 

We meet at a pre arranged time and we just walk, side by side, chatting as we go (though if people don’t want to talk, I can stay quiet too!). We go at your pace.

I want to give others the motivation to get outside and move, in nature, in company. 

Research studies show the incredible physical and mental benefits of regular walking outside in nature, in company.  It reduces stress, improves cardiovascular health. I am here to motivate you to move!

What does it cost? It’s £35 for 45 mins but the first session is free!  

I’m simply there as the company and motivation to get you out, walk and engage with nature.
