Nikki was interviewed for The Sunday World in April. The article headline picks up on one part of the story – the origins of Walk If Off NI. A nasty accident some years ago prompted Nikki to appreciate the restorative benefits of simply walking outside in nature. Also to adopt the philosophy ‘your pace, your place, your time’ as she had to walk alongside, rather than lead.
